Multi Store is a new feature that let’s Brands generate and track impulse buying from Visual Shopping Galleries and Social Proof across multiple stores.
Previously, if you were running 2 region specific stores e.g. a US and a Canadian store you would have been unable to localise their product tags and specific currency and price points for each of your store. Your Product Page Galleries would have only displayed the global price point used by the primary store connected e.g. US. In the majority of cases eCommerce managers would not display any shoppable galleries for one or more of their store and therefore lose out on uplift from purchase confidence in those stores.
The new Multi Store feature now allows brand managers to connect multiple regional stores and switch between them. Each store controls it’s own Product tags, Product Page settings and design customisation giving you full control over what customers see in each regional store and better understand their behaviours, basket size etc.
All media sources are included across all connected stores:
- Your own Instagram feed
- User Generated Content from ‘@mentions’, ‘Tags’, custom tracked ‘Hashtags’
- Custom photo uploads
If you’re running and tracking UGC campaigns and / or using Influencer+ campaigns these can also now be targeted by region. This allows for the ROI based on sale value, coupon redemptions, customer engagement, reach and campaign media generated to be directly attributed by region.
