Piña Colada

Allow this summer cocktail to transport you to the islands! With just 3 simple ingredients, you can whip up this cocktail in no time. It’s creamy, fruity, and absolutely delightful on a warm day.


• 1 pound (about 3 cups) frozen pineapple chunks

• 3 ounces (1/3 cup) white rum

• 2/3 cup coconut milk

• optional garnishes: fresh pineapple slices, maraschino cherries, cute paper umbrellas


Step 1- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. You can add additional coconut water or milk to help it blend.

Step 2 – Serve at once and top with optional garnishes.

Time: 3 minutes
