That means these businesses need to hire more live chat workers to send and reply to these DM’s with their customers. What you will be doing: Your job will be to log in to the business’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, to then reply to questions that have been sent by customers. Some of the questions will be from existing buyers who want support with their purchase and some will be from potential customers who are asking sales questions. You will be trained on how to handle all the different types of questions.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $32 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online English speaking preferred.
